630PM: Expert Guided Contact Improv Playshop w/Andy Mason
Learn a unique dance form that focuses on connection, playfulness, and body exploration with a partner. No experience is needed – just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
7PM: Ecstatic Dance Opening Circle:
Before entering the ecstatic dance journey, we’ll gather to connect with the other dancers, set an intention for your experience, and learn a few simple guidelines that help make ecstatic dance a safe and sacred space.
945PM: Ecstatic Dance Closing Circle:
After the ecstatic dance journey, we'll gather in a closing circle to share your unique experience (if you wish), witness others in the community, and make special announcements.
